• Forms a triangular wedge to the pipe so that the handle cannot be turned open

Models 478-479- Universal Ball Valve Lockout Device

• Designed to lock out virtually any quarter turn ball valve
• Device clamps over valve handle; lockout arm ratchets to abut and lock against pipe at any angle
• Accommodations both standard and odd-shaped handles up to 1-1/4* thick and 1-5/8” wide
• Add on the separate lockout arm (No. 479) to lock handles in throttled position and to lock out 3-, 4- and 5-way valves
